The effect is like a compact version of Stronghold. It targets all types of Gadgets. Gold and Silver Gadgets have the ability to deploy, and Platinum Kadgets often remain on the field, so compared to Strong, it's still easier to maintain RBIs.
There are many combos that can be done because it is a monster, and this card originally has 0 hit points, so it is easy to line up because it supports rampant summoning and duplication.
Even so, the Gadgets are basically immune to resistance and have low hit points, so the risks are high in various ways. RBI 2000 in lower class! Even if it is said that it is easy to hit high points now, it does not look like a threat.
It feels a bit harsh without a combo, and that kind of operation tends to undermine stability, which is one of Gadget's selling points.
It's not a difficult card to handle, but it's undeniably lacking in power at the moment, and I don't think it's worth forcing yourself to use it.

Conditionally, ATK 2000 is good, but there is a problem that it is not a pun that it is a status and effect that is not suitable for maintaining his Gadget. It is quite conceivable that this will remove gadgets, then this one.
